Refunds

Here at Grima's Collectable, we take pride in ensuring that your goods have been carefully picked and packed with care to ensure that your item is not only of the highest possible quality to ensure it arrives safely at your nominated delivery address. We recognize the importance of buying mint condition collectibles and do the best we possibly can to ensure they remain that way from door to door.

However, sometimes items do become damaged in transit thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. If this is the case with your item please contact we will immediately via email.
 

Customers who have purchased from Grima's Collectables should note that all returns/exchange inquiries must be received within 5 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.  A customer support representative will be in contact with you 2 business days after receiving your inquiry.

Upon receiving notification of damage, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the particular product that has the issue. We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your options in relation to the product issue.

Sealed Products

For Sealed products such as pokemon products booster boxes, Refunds are only offered if we cannot repair or replace the item you have purchased due to a manufacturer issue.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the turnaround time to send out a replacement item or applying credit to your account.

If we cannot repair or replace the item, then you will be refunded the payment. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are not available for pre-order products unless the pre-order is confirmed as discontinued or cancelled from the distributor or manufacturer. Once a product is confirmed as discontinued a full refund or exchange will be offered.
